Can you help us switch software?
We review your export and agree the scope before moving records. Programs, ranks, and memberships need review, and attendance history is not imported. See how switching works.
Can parents access more than one child?
Invited parents can switch between their authorized student profiles in the web portal. Each student keeps their own membership and payment responsibilities.
Does every feature need setup?
Student records, classes, and rank tracking are core tools. Online payments and managed messaging need school and provider approval. We can walk through the setup with you.
