The six pages that matter
Six commitments
- Your roster is yours
- School owners can export member and lead data as CSV at any time from the dashboard. If you leave, you take your records with you.
- No payment markup
- Card payments run through your own connected Stripe account. Dojo Wizard adds nothing on top of Stripe’s published processing rates.
- No contract
- Month to month when paid plans begin. Founding schools use the web product free during early access with no card on file.
- Messaging is consent-first
- Email and SMS stay off for each school until the owner enables them and consent evidence exists. Every message is logged with its delivery status.
- Isolation enforced in the database
- Every tenant-owned row carries a school identifier, and Postgres row-level security blocks cross-school reads and writes even if the application has a bug.
- Labels you can rely on
- Every feature is labeled available, controlled, or planned. Sales material is checked against the same capability matrix the product team uses.
Data ownership and export
Member and lead exports are self-service CSV downloads for school owners. Broader exports, such as full billing history or waiver evidence, are handled as an assisted request today rather than a one-click download. Historical billing imported from a previous system stays read-only and labeled with its source so it never mixes with live Stripe records.
Deletion follows the account deletion process. Some records, such as transaction history, consent evidence, and signed waivers, are retained longer because removing them could impair safety, auditability, or compliance. The privacy notice lists the categories.
Availability and recovery
Production runs on Vercel with a managed Postgres database and a public health endpoint that an on-demand uptime workflow checks. Releases that change the database first restore a production backup into an isolated environment and rehearse the migration there. A provider point-in-time recovery exercise, a public status page, and formal recovery-time objectives are not published yet. We say so rather than imply them.
Where the limits are
The product status page is the current boundary for every feature. If a sales conversation and that page ever disagree, the page wins.
