What needs a hand

- Stored payment cards never transfer between processors. Members re-enter a card once through the secure Stripe payment link, and we give you the script and the timing for that ask.
- Signed agreements and waivers come over as PDF attachments on the member record, not as re-signable documents.
- Automations and email templates are rebuilt from a short list you approve, not copied.
Founding schools program. The $149 setup fee is waived for founding schools switching from Mindbody before January 31, 2027. Recurring collection is limited to approved schools after Stripe verification.

How do we get our data out of Mindbody?
Export the client list, memberships, and attendance reports from your Mindbody account as CSV. Send the files for review and we map them to Dojo Wizard records before anything is imported.
Will members have to re-enter cards?
Yes. No processor releases stored cards to a competitor. Members add a card once through a secure Stripe link, and we schedule that ask for a week when they are already in the building.
What about the Mindbody consumer marketplace?
Dojo Wizard does not list your school in a marketplace. Schools that rely on marketplace discovery should weigh that honestly; most martial arts schools get new students from referrals, search, and their own website.
