Level tests pace the curriculum, mat time has to add up, and waiver records need to stay with the right member. Keep all three connected.
- Practitioner-level ladders (P1–P5 style) — build your level system in rank tracking with class-count and time-at-level requirements per rank — and continue into graduate levels if your affiliation uses them.
- Curriculum phases on the schedule — run your P1 phases as their own classes so the calendar mirrors the curriculum, and set each level’s requirement — “40 classes and 120 days at level” — against real check-ins for the program.
- Seminar & certification events — level tests, weapons-defense seminars, and instructor-certification days run as events with controlled member registration, capacity limits, and indicative fee records.
- Waiver evidence records — staff can retain timestamped evidence tied to your school-supplied waiver text and the member record.
