Staff-assisted recurring billing is limited to approved pilot schools after every platform, school-readiness, and Stripe gate passes. Controlled single-session reservations and Stripe-hosted card and invoice self-service are available within their documented limits. Native apps, recurring reservations, waitlists, member-controlled plan changes, and managed communications are still limited or planned.

Minimum evaluation checklist

Test the ugly edge cases, not just the dashboard

Ask every vendor to demonstrate permissions, duplicate prevention, payment failure recovery, freeze and cancellation behavior, waiver evidence, rank corrections, family records, exports, and support escalation with realistic data.

People and permissions

Ask who can see, change, export, and correct member, staff, billing, and attendance records.

Billing under pressure

Test failed payments, retries, freezes, cancellations, refunds, and the fees outside the base subscription.

Moving in and moving out

Confirm what can be imported, what needs cleanup, what can be exported, and who helps when something fails.

Start on your terms

A product should earn trust before it earns a migration.

Dojo Wizard requires no card to start. Approved pilot schools can use staff-assisted direct Stripe billing only after the platform release gate, school readiness review, and Stripe charges and payouts verification all pass.
