Changelog

What shipped, month by month.

Every entry here is drawn from a verified release record. We write down what went live, and we name the boundary when a capability is gated or staff-assisted.

October 2026

  1. Trust

A new public site, trust hub, and changelog

The marketing site was rebuilt around what schools actually get, with a trust hub, this changelog, and honest early-access wording everywhere.

    • New trust hub collects security, privacy, data ownership, product status, and the published limits in one place.
    • This changelog summarizes every production release from its release record.
    • Demo requests and competitor switch guides for schools moving from Mindbody, Zen Planner, Kicksite, and others.
    • Light and dark themes with a toggle, plus a pricing calculator that shows the proposed plan for your active-student count.
    • Public copy now says early access and names the Founding schools program instead of a private pilot.

September 2026

  1. Product

    Onboarding 2.0 and member photos

A faster first session for new schools, plus a cleaner member directory and photo support on every profile.

    • Member creation opens in a focused modal and lands on the new profile.
    • The directory gained compact controls, sorting, filtering, and family-role badges.
    • Programs now combine pricing and class access, so enrollment reviews the default plan and any individual price before confirming.
    • Staff can upload, preview, replace, and remove a member photo from Add member and the profile.
    • Card-payment fixes verified in the Stripe sandbox: renewals, declines, retries, and fixed-term expiry.
  2. Billing

    Shared retail and gift cards

Front-desk retail grew up: gift cards, barcodes, supplier purchase orders, and stock history in one Pro shop.

    • Gift-card issuance at the desk with split-tender redemption on later purchases.
    • Product barcodes with printable Code 128 labels, supplier purchase orders, and partial receiving.
    • Stock-movement history from installation onward, plus sales and cost reporting.
    • Returns and gift-card reversals are not included yet, and scanner and printer hardware still needs on-site verification.

August 2026

  1. Product

    Assisted migration from Kicksite

Schools leaving Kicksite can start with an assisted migration path that reviews their data before anything goes live.

    • Assisted migration is offered as a starting path during onboarding.
    • Owners review the imported roster, families, and plans before approval.
    • Historical billing stays read-only and never changes live balances or Stripe.
  2. Platform

    Production readiness release

A consolidated release that brought the platform to its current production baseline with a verified migration set and release gate.

    • Release gate now requires typecheck, lint, unit tests, staff and member journeys, a security audit, and a production build on the exact candidate.
    • Migration metadata and schema consistency are checked on every release.
  3. Platform

    Managed email delivery

Transactional and consent-based school email now runs through managed delivery infrastructure with fail-closed controls.

    • Durable outbox with retries, suppression, unsubscribe handling, quiet hours, and a frequency cap.
    • Delivery stays off for each school until the owner enables it and consent evidence exists.
    • SMS still requires approved sender registration before any school can send.
  4. Trust

    Consent-based analytics on public pages

Marketing pages measure traffic only after a visitor opts in. No tag loads before consent.

    • The analytics tag stays off until the visitor accepts.
    • A decline is remembered for 180 days, and consent can be withdrawn at any time through Analytics settings.

July 2026

  1. Billing

    Reviewed billing-history import

Schools switching from another system can import historical billing as a labeled, reviewable record.

    • CSV import with exact member matching, duplicate protection, and owner approval.
    • Imported history is read-only and never affects Stripe, memberships, balances, or live reports.
    • Public claims, onboarding materials, and the capability matrix were updated to match.
  2. Trust

Transparent pricing bands and legal refresh

Pricing moved to four published monthly bands by active members, and the Terms and Privacy Notice were replaced with versioned operational documents.

    • Published targets of $49, $99, $149, and $199 per month by active-member band, with lower annual targets.
    • Terms of Service and Privacy Notice versioned and matched to current payments, messaging, and data handling.
    • The Growth Center launched as an optional package with a stated target price.
  3. Platform

    ClassPass inventory foundation

The ClassPass integration is built and certification-ready. It stays disabled for every school until ClassPass approves Dojo Wizard.

    • Owner-controlled class publication, booking windows, and a late-cancel window of up to 12 hours are built.
    • ClassPass reservations share the same capacity lock as direct member check-ins.
    • No class is published to ClassPass today.
  4. Platform

    Messaging foundation

The consent and delivery layer behind lead nurture and member announcements shipped with delivery disabled.

    • Audited opt-ins, STOP handling, and suppression lists.
    • A durable outbox that records delivery status for every message.
  5. Trust

    Sandbox billing and restore drill

Recurring billing was exercised end to end in Stripe test mode, and a production database backup was restored into an isolated environment.

    • Synthetic schools, plans, and cards verified subscription creation, decline handling, and invoice updates.
    • A logical restore of the production database completed and was deleted after verification.
