A secure web portal now. Native apps later.

Invited members and parents can use the live web portal to switch linked profiles, view eligible classes, reserve staff-enabled class occurrences, see program-specific rank progress and announcements, register linked profiles for free events staff deliberately open, manage cards and invoices through Stripe, and show a QR identity at the staff kiosk. Native iOS and Android apps are still in development and are not available in app stores.

The product sequence

Build the trustworthy portal before the app-store wrapper

Billing, identity, family relationships, consent, and program-specific progress need a stable shared domain first. The native apps will consume those same tested APIs.

The web portal scope described above is live. Reservations are opened occurrence by occurrence, and free-event registration is opened event by event; paid events, recurring reservations, waitlists, member-controlled plan changes, attendance history, waiver self-service, push, and native distribution remain product direction.

Responsive member portal

Email-bound account claiming, linked-profile switching, eligible schedules, controlled class reservations, free-event registration for events explicitly opened by staff, QR identity, program-specific rank progress, and announcements.

Expanded self-service

Waiver signing, recurring reservations and waitlists, paid events, plan changes, and freeze or cancellation requests. Stripe-hosted card updates and invoice history are live.

Native iOS and Android

The shared portal and APIs become native apps with secure sessions, push preferences, and app-store distribution.

Upcoming classes are filtered to active programs. Members can reserve a spot when staff open that occurrence; recurring reservations and waitlists remain planned.

An identity code for the staff-operated kiosk, with eligibility still checked by the server at scan time.

Program progress · live

Current and next rank requirements for each program the member actively trains.

Linked profiles · live

A parent or guardian account can switch among the member records explicitly linked by gym staff.

Payment self-service · live

A secure, school-branded Stripe portal for card updates and invoice history. Plan changes, freezes, and cancellation stay staff-controlled.

Free-event registration · live

Linked active and trial profiles can register for a free future event only after staff explicitly open it. Paid checkout, public guests, and waitlists remain unavailable.
