Staff can post and retain announcements in the web dashboard today. Managed broadcast email and per-school SMS now have consent, suppression, retry, quiet-hour, and delivery controls, but both channels remain off until provider and school gates pass. Native push notifications are still planned.

Post operational updates inside the school dashboard and keep a visible history for staff. This is the currently available communication surface.

Background delivery
Queue sends outside the request, recover abandoned claims, retry temporary failures, and expose queued, sent, delivered, bounced, complained, failed, suppressed, and canceled results.
Per-school identity
Keep global and school switches off until the SES domain and callbacks or the school-specific registered SMS sender are verified.
