Martial arts school growth system

A growth system your school can actually run.

The complete rhythm

Prepare the work. Keep people accountable.

The system remembers the cadence, assembles the next task, and records ownership. Your team still controls every conversation, public message, dollar, and decision.

From signal to accountable work

Set the operating rhythm once. Keep people in control.

The useful part of automation is remembering the cadence, assembling the work, and showing who owns it. The school still controls every human conversation, public message, dollar, and decision.

Today’s Focus

Current leads, trials, quiet members, renewals, and school records become a prioritized queue that can be assigned, snoozed, completed, or dismissed with history.

Nine Money Moves

Run the same monthly financial and enrollment reviews without rebuilding a checklist: payments, attendance, leads, trials, renewals, capacity, advocacy, events, and the scorecard.

Staff Academy

Twelve short lessons teach welcoming, discovery, terms, follow-up, retention, and responsible recommendations—with application notes, team visibility, and manager sign-off.

Event-in-a-Box

Choose a prebuilt planning guide, set one linked-event time and its constraints, then create that event plus ten generic social, ad, email, staff, run-of-show, and follow-up drafts to customize.

Daily and weekly staff development

Teach the floor conversation—not a pressure script.

Staff Academy turns training into short lessons, practice, real-world application, and manager review. The goal is a consistent member experience and an appropriate next recommendation.

  • Welcome people quickly and learn the goal behind the inquiry.
  • Explain the right program and terms without hiding tradeoffs.
  • Follow up with context instead of blasting a generic sequence.
  • Notice retention risks and make one useful recommendation when it fits.
  • Record an application note and let a manager sign off on demonstrated skill.
Your team stays in control: Dojo Wizard prepares priorities, lessons, drafts, owners, and history. People approve outreach, posts, ad spend, event delivery, financial decisions, and coaching.

Guest instructors and seminars

Instructor Exchange starts as a concierge—not a fake marketplace.

Request the discipline, audience, date window, budget, travel expectations, and seminar goal. The pilot preserves the inquiry and its terms while a person reviews possible matches.

One request, a clear operating trail

  • • Manual review and outreach—no automatic match or availability promise.
  • • Dates, timezone, audience, budget, travel, and cancellation history stay visible.
  • • Credentials, scope, contracts, insurance, payment, and payout remain deliberate.
  • • Pair the request with the Guest Instructor Seminar event playbook.

Proposed future commission

12%

Disclosed when the inquiry is submitted and intended to apply only if a future match becomes a separately accepted agreement. The pilot does not create a booking, charge, or payout.

Optional founding target

$59 / mo

Growth Autopilot is separate from the proposed core subscription and is not charged during the pilot. External messaging, AI or provider usage, paid ads, and Instructor Exchange commissions are never hidden inside this number.

FAQ

The boundaries are part of the product

Is Growth Autopilot fully automatic?
It automates preparation, prioritization, recurring structure, assignments, and history. People still review the school record, approve copy, contact members, publish ads, spend money, and make financial or staffing decisions. Nothing sends, spends, charges, or books an instructor automatically in the private pilot.
Is Growth Autopilot included in the core software price?
No. Proposed core software prices are $49, $99, $149, or $199 per month based on active-student count. Growth Autopilot is an optional package with a separate $59 per month founding-customer target. Neither platform subscription is currently charged during the free private pilot.
Does Event-in-a-Box publish ads or send messages?
No. Activating a playbook creates one linked school event plus ten generic, reviewable internal drafts and operating tasks. Staff must customize, approve, and use the appropriate external channel. The pilot does not create a multi-class schedule or date range, register public guests, publish, send, place ads, spend a budget, collect event payments, or claim revenue automatically.
How does Instructor Exchange pricing work?
The pilot accepts a concierge inquiry and discloses a proposed 12% Dojo Wizard commission if a future match becomes a separately accepted agreement. Matching, credentials, contracts, travel, payment, and payout are manual. Submitting a request does not create a booking or charge.
