Striking, grappling, wrestling, S&C, fight team—every program gets its own ladder, schedule, and rules, while members and billing records stay in one system. Staff-assisted recurring dues are limited to approved pilot schools after every payment gate passes.
- Hybrid programs, separate ladders — run BJJ with belts and stripes, striking with levels (or no ranks at all), and wrestling with pure attendance — each its own program in rank tracking. A member in three programs shows three independent progress bars.
- Fight team management — the competition team is its own program with its own roster and its own schedule (sparring, fight camp, wrestling practice), kept separate from the all-levels classes.
- Drop-ins & trials stay distinct— staff can record a visiting fighter's mat fee after taking payment through the school's existing method and capture waiver evidence; trial students from your leads pipeline do not affect the active-student count used for proposed pricing until they convert.
- Retention from attendance flags — MMA memberships churn when training stalls. An active member with no check-in in 14 days is flagged on your reports page — catch the member who dropped from four sessions a week to zero before they cancel.
