Kiosk mode turns any tablet into a self-serve check-in station, so class starts on the mat — not in a line at the desk.
Members scan in
Staff can check members in from the roster, while invited members and parents can open the secure web portal to show the member QR.
The check-in updates the connected records
The roster fills in, rank-progress counters update, and the attendance history stays current without anyone touching a spreadsheet.

Your class schedule and attendance history live together. Check-ins update the roster, and configured capacity gives staff a clear view of the remaining space.
- Current class rosters — see who’s checked in to the 6pm fundamentals class while it’s happening, and open a recent recorded session to review its roster.
- Capacity visibility — set a limit per class and see when the roster reaches the space you configured.
- Per-program history — every member’s attendance is tracked by program, so BJJ classes count toward BJJ rank and karate classes count toward karate.
- Small operational snapshots — review member counts, check-ins, leads, quiet-member flags, and staff-recorded pro-shop sales without presenting the result as accounting or a custom reporting suite.
