Gym-native
Built for how Muay Thai gyms run
One roster, three audiences: fighters chasing bouts, regulars chasing fitness, and beginners finding their stance. Give each group the schedule and progress tracking it needs.
- Ranks optional — your call — Muay Thai has no universal belts. If you run a khan ladder with prajioud armbands, build it in rank tracking with class and time requirements per khan. If you do not use ranks, configure attendance-based progress steps that fit the milestones your gym recognizes.
- Memberships and drop-ins — model plans in billing, then keep pro-shop and drop-in sales recorded alongside the member history.
- Fight-team rosters via programs — keep the fight team as its own program with its own schedule (sparring, clinch, pads-only sessions), separate from the all-levels classes, so their training counts toward the right ladder.
- Walk-in records — staff can record a drop-in fee after taking payment through the school's existing method, capture waiver evidence, and track wraps or gloves in inventory.
Your ladder in Dojo Wizard — Khan / armband track
Khan 1 (white prajioud) → Khan 2 (yellow)
Requires 30 classes + 90 days of training
Classes 21/30 · Days 95/90
Khan 4 → Khan 5
Requires 40 classes + 120 days since last armband
No-ranks alternative: progress steps
Configure each step with a class threshold measured from the prior step. The member profile shows eligibility when the configured count is reached.
Example configuration only — run khan ranks, attendance steps, both, or neither.
Beyond the pads
Front desk, fight camp, and the regulars
The gym makes money on retention and retail as much as on sign-ups. Dojo Wizard watches all three.
Catch the fade-outs
Quiet-member flags surface active members whose training drops off, giving staff a clear prompt for a useful personal follow-up.
