What needs a hand
What we rebuild with you, on purpose.
- Stored payment cards never transfer between processors. Members re-enter a card once through the secure Stripe payment link, and we give you the script and the timing for that ask.
- Signed agreements and waivers come over as PDF attachments on the member record, not as re-signable documents.
- Automations and email templates are rebuilt from a short list you approve, not copied.
Founding schools program. The $149 setup fee is waived for founding schools switching from Zen Planner before January 31, 2027. Recurring collection is limited to approved schools after Stripe verification.

Can you bring over our belt history?
Current rank comes over for every member. Full promotion history comes over when your export includes dated rank changes; otherwise we record the current rank and date and start the ladder from there.
Do we lose our attendance streaks?
Attendance history imports when the export includes dated check-ins. Eligibility rules for promotion then run on the imported history.
