- Randori & technique on one schedule — run technique nights, randori sessions, and newaza as their own classes, and let each grade’s requirement count real QR check-ins for the program — “35 classes and 120 days in grade,” counted from the mat.
- Club tournament events — run in-house shiai, grading days, and visiting-club friendlies as events with registration and capacity. Paid entry and push delivery remain planned.
- Kids programs & families — group junior judoka into households: separate grades per child today, with invited parent access to schedules and progress. Stripe-hosted card updates and invoices are live; plan changes remain staff-controlled.
