What does it cost to get started?
No card is required to create and configure a school. The current limited pilot is free, and Dojo Wizard will not start subscription charges without advance notice, a clear price, and the school owner’s confirmation.
What will Dojo Wizard cost after the pilot?
The proposed monthly prices are $49 for 1–50 active students, $99 for 51–150, $149 for 151–300, and $199 for 301 or more. Proposed annual totals are $468, $948, $1,428, and $1,908. Final terms will be published before any subscription charges begin.
What counts as an active student?
The intended definition is one student record with at least one active, billable membership. A student in multiple programs counts once. Prospects, trial students, frozen members, non-training guardians, leads, and staff are intended not to count. The final counting and grace-period policy will be published before any subscription charges begin.
What is included at every price?
The same core martial arts school software is intended at every price: members and households, class scheduling, attendance, membership billing, leads and trials, belt and rank tracking, the member and parent web portal, events, staff access, and reports. Features that are early access or planned remain clearly labeled.
Does Dojo Wizard add a payment-processing markup?
No percentage markup is planned. Each school connects its own Stripe account, so member payments go to the school through Stripe. Stripe and any other payment-provider fees still apply.
Is onboarding included?
Yes. The guided setup and help center are included. School name and timezone are the only required setup fields, and every other module is optional. Hands-on setup and migration starts at a one-time $149 after source review and written scope.
What can cost extra?
Only extras you choose. Growth Autopilot has a separate proposed price of $59/month after the pilot. Hands-on data setup starts at $149, custom martial arts websites start at $299, and any future SMS, AI, ad spend, or other services charged by use will be disclosed separately.
Is a native member app included?
The invited member and parent web portal is live for linked profiles, schedules, controlled class reservations, rank progress, announcements, QR identity, and Stripe-hosted payment self-service. Native iOS and Android apps, recurring reservations, waitlists, and member-controlled plan changes remain planned.
