What does it cost today?
The self-serve early-access pilot is free, and no card is required. Paid Dojo Wizard subscriptions are not active.
What will Dojo Wizard cost after the pilot?
The proposed monthly prices are $49 for 1–50 active members, $99 for 51–150, $149 for 151–300, and $199 for 301 or more. Proposed annual totals are $468, $948, $1,428, and $1,908. Final terms will be published before paid activation.
What counts as an active member?
The intended definition is one member record with at least one active, billable membership. Multiple programs count once. Prospects, trials, leads, frozen members, non-training guardians, and staff are intended not to count. The final policy will be published before paid activation.
Are the same tools included at every size?
That is the current proposal. Every size includes the same core school workspace; the school configures only the modules it wants to use. Early-access, planned, metered, and optional service items remain separately labeled.
Does Dojo Wizard add a payment-processing percentage?
No processing-percentage markup is planned. Approved pilot schools connect an account owned by the school, and Stripe’s own fees still apply. Recurring collection becomes available after owner approval and Stripe verification.
Can you help move our data?
Guided setup is included. Hands-on setup and migration assessment start at $149 after the source export is reviewed and the supported scope is agreed in writing.
Is website hosting included?
Yes. Standard hosting for a Dojo Wizard-built website is included with every active software plan. The school keeps ownership of its domain and pays its domain registrar directly. Technical launch basics such as page metadata, a sitemap, and HTTPS are included. We are not offering ongoing SEO strategy, content creation, rank tracking, or local-search support today; those may become optional services later.
