Delete your Dojo Wizard account

Authorized mobile-app test builds include account deletion. Anyone can also submit a deletion request without installing or opening an app.

Request deletion without a mobile app

Email privacy@dojowizard.com from the address on your account with the subject “Dojo Wizard account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting.

What account deletion removes

Your Dojo Wizard authentication account and active login sessions.
Links that give the account member, guardian, or staff access.
Account-level legal-acceptance and authentication metadata, subject to required security or legal retention.

What is not automatically removed

The school controls its member and business records. Deleting a login does not automatically delete member profiles, attendance, rank history, agreements, invoices, payments, tax records, safety records, or other records the school must operate or retain. Contact the school directly about those records. Dojo Wizard may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
