Build programs and rank ladders
Model each discipline independently and define the only valid order for promotions.

Before you start
- A school profile.
- The names of the programs or age divisions you teach.
Add a preset or custom program
Open Programs and use Quick add for a supported discipline. A preset creates both the program and a starter ladder.
Use Custom program for a style, fitness class, or age division that needs its own schedule or progression rules.
Review or create the ladder
Open Belts & ranks. A ladder belongs to exactly one program, so progress in one program cannot promote a student in another.
If you created a custom program, create its ladder before adding ranks.
Add ranks in order
Position 1 is the first rank. Continue with unique increasing positions until the top of the ladder.
A student can receive only the first rank or the immediate next rank. The application rejects skipped and cross-ladder promotions.
Set progress requirements
Optional class and day requirements describe the minimum work since the previous promotion. Matching program attendance drives the class count.
A member profile shows “Eligible to test” after both thresholds are met. Coaches still decide whether and when a promotion occurs.

If something looks wrong
Why does attendance not increase progress?
The member must be actively enrolled in the same program as the class session. Attendance from another program is intentionally excluded.
Why can I not select a later belt?
Only the first rank or immediate next rank is valid. Record missing history in order instead of skipping the ladder.
