This workflow is available in the web product.
Before you start
- A school profile.
- The names of the programs or age divisions you teach.
Create a program with its default price
Open Programs and choose ADD PROGRAM. Enter the discipline or age division and its description, then include a default pricing option in the same form.
Choose monthly, annual, paid-in-full, or class-pack pricing, the class allowance, and which programs or classes it includes. Add more pricing options from the program detail page.
Starter programs and belt progressions are also available when you want an editable starting point. Review their prices and class rules before enrolling members.
Review or create the belt progression
Open Belt progression and select the program. Each progression belongs to one program, so progress in one program cannot promote a member in another.
Create a progression for a custom program before adding belts. A fitness program can operate without belt ranks.
Add ranks in order
Position 1 is the first rank. Continue with unique increasing positions until the final rank.
A member can receive only the first rank or the immediate next rank. The application rejects skipped promotions and promotions from another program.
Set progress requirements
Optional class and day requirements describe the minimum work since the previous promotion. Matching program attendance drives the class count.
A member profile shows “Eligible to test” after both thresholds are met. Coaches still decide whether and when a promotion occurs.
Troubleshooting
If something looks wrong
Why does attendance not increase progress?
The member must be actively enrolled in the same program as the class session. Attendance from another program is intentionally excluded.
Why can I not select a later belt?
Only the first rank or immediate next rank is valid. Record missing history in order instead of skipping a rank.
