Sell and schedule private lessons

An owner or manager opens Private lessons and defines the package name, lesson count, fixed duration, listed price, optional program, and optional expiration in days.

The expiration period begins when a purchase is recorded. Archive an offer to stop new purchases without rewriting balances already issued from it.

Choose the member and active package. Select Paid outside Dojo Wizard only after the school has collected the money through its existing process, then record the amount received.

Choose Complimentary only with school approval. The recorded amount is zero, and no card or online payment is attempted.

The package name, program, count, duration, price, source, and expiration are snapshotted on the purchase so later catalog changes cannot alter that member’s original terms.

Choose the member’s package balance, instructor, future date and time, and optional location. The lesson duration comes from the purchased package and cannot be changed for one appointment.

A selected location uses its own timezone; otherwise the school default applies. A package tied to a program keeps that program label.

Scheduling holds one remaining credit and rejects an exhausted or expired package, a lesson at or after the package expiration, and overlapping private lessons for the same instructor or member.

After the scheduled end time, an owner, manager, or eligible assigned instructor chooses Mark complete. Completion permanently consumes the held credit.

Cancel a scheduled appointment to restore its credit. To reschedule, cancel the existing appointment and create the replacement against the restored balance.

An invited member or parent can see remaining package credits and upcoming appointments, including instructor, duration, and location.

The portal is read-only for private lessons. The member contacts the school to purchase, schedule, reschedule, or cancel.
