Run announcements, events, shop, and reports
Use the daily communication, event, counter-sale, and reporting tools while keeping operational records distinct from delivery and settlement evidence.
Available now
This workflow is available in the live web product. Follow the documented data controls and keep appropriate operational backups.
Before you start
- A configured school and staff account.
Post an announcement
Create a title and message under Announcements. The record appears in the staff dashboard and accepted member/parent portals.
When the owner has activated a verified channel, managers can queue delivery to members with a current matching opt-in. Otherwise the queue controls remain disabled and the portal announcement still works.
Choose the correct event workflow
Use Events for seminars, belt tests, camps, and tournaments. Staff may manage the roster, or an owner or manager may open an eligible free event for linked member registration.
Capacity and registration cutoffs are enforced. A displayed price remains staff-managed and does not collect money online.
Track products and counter sales
Add each product with a price and starting stock. Record a sale after taking payment through your existing method; inventory decreases and revenue appears in Reports.
The Pro shop is a record-keeping workflow, not a card-present checkout or accounting system.
Use reports as operational signals
Owners and managers can review member counts, leads, check-ins, quiet members, active subscriptions, MRR, and recorded shop revenue.
MRR is a plan-based operating estimate and recorded shop revenue is an internal sale total. Reconcile invoices, payouts, refunds, disputes, processor fees, cash, and taxes against Stripe, the bank, and the accounting system.
Troubleshooting
If something looks wrong
Did the announcement email or text actually send?
The queue confirmation is not a delivery receipt. Review the messaging status in Settings: queued, sent, delivered, failed, bounced, complained, suppressed, and canceled are distinct states.
Why did recording a sale not charge a card?
Recording a sale updates the internal stock and sales ledger only. Take payment through your existing point-of-sale process.
